Family Vacation Giveaway

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning beyond the entries described below. Void where prohibited.

1. Sponsor. This giveaway is sponsored by Dear Me Southern Boutique, 517 N Pine St, DeRidder, Louisiana 70634 ("Sponsor"). Questions: hello@dearmesouthernboutique.com.

2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and household members are not eligible.

3. Entry period. The giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on October 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on December 31, 2026 ("Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not count.

4. How to enter. There are three ways to enter. Every entry, however earned, has the same chance of being drawn.

A. Free social media entry. Comment on Sponsor's official giveaway post on Facebook or Instagram at @dear.me.boutique. Each comment counts as one (1) entry. Limit one (1) comment entry per person per day during the Entry Period. Additional comments on the same day will not count.

B. Free mail-in entry. Hand-print your full name, mailing address, email, phone number, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card. Mail it in a stamped envelope to: Dear Me Southern Boutique, Vacation Giveaway, 517 N Pine St, DeRidder, LA 70634. Each card counts as one (1) entry. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2026 and received by January 7, 2027. Mechanically reproduced entries will not count.

C. Purchase entry. Receive one (1) entry for every $25.00 spent in a single order at Dear Me Southern Boutique, in store, online, or in the Dear Me app, during the Entry Period. The amount is calculated after discounts and before sales tax and shipping. Gift card purchases do not earn entries. Entries are issued in whole numbers (for example, a $74.99 order earns two entries). If an order is returned or refunded, its entries are removed.

5. Entry conditions. Each entrant must use their own real name and account. Entries made through multiple or fake accounts, bots, scripts, or other automated means are void. Comment entries must not include offensive, unlawful, or third-party content. Sponsor's records are final for counting entries. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for technical failures of any social media platform. To help Sponsor match your entries, please use the same first and last name (and, for purchases, the same email) across your comment and order entries.

6. Winner selection and notification. One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about January 15, 2027. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be announced on Sponsor's social media and contacted by direct message and/or email. Sponsor will never ask for a payment, bank information, or a password to claim the prize. Messages from any account other than @dear.me.boutique are not from Sponsor. The potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification and sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability and publicity release, and IRS Form W-9 within seven (7) days. If the potential winner does not respond, is ineligible, or does not comply with these rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner drawn.

7. Prize. One (1) vacation package to the Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, for up to four (4) guests (two adults and two children), including: four (4) nights' accommodations in a Standard Pool View room at Disney's Pop Century Resort, check-in Monday, May 24, 2027 and check-out Friday, May 28, 2027; a 4-Day Ticket with Park Hopper Option for each guest, valid any four (4) days from May 24, 2027 through May 30, 2027. Approximate retail value (ARV): $4,000.00. Meals are not included. Airfare and travel to and from Orlando are not included.

The package is pre-booked, and the reservation will be transferred into the winner's name and the names of their travel party. Any difference in value will not be awarded. The winner may ask to change the travel dates, or to upgrade the resort or number of ticket days, through Sponsor's travel agent. Changes are subject to availability and the provider's terms. The winner pays any resulting price difference. If a change lowers the package price, the difference will not be refunded or paid in cash. If the winner's travel party differs from two adults and two children (for example, three adults, or a child age 10 or older, who is ticketed as an adult), the winner pays any price difference. Children must travel with a parent or legal guardian.

Any expenses not listed above are the winner's responsibility, including transportation, all meals, gratuities, and incidentals. The prize is not transferable and no cash substitute is offered. If the stated prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The hotel and tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing provider.

8. Taxes. The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the prize.

9. Publicity. Except where prohibited, accepting the prize gives Sponsor permission to use the winner's name, city, state, and likeness to announce the winner and promote this giveaway, without further payment.

10. Release and limitation of liability. By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize, including travel. Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its control affects its fairness, and in that case may draw from eligible entries received before the action.

11. Governing law. This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without class action, in the courts of Beauregard Parish, Louisiana.

12. Privacy. Information collected from entrants is used to run this giveaway and contact entrants, in line with Sponsor's privacy policy at dearmesouthernboutique.com/policies/privacy-policy. Sponsor will not sell entrant information.

13. Winner's name. For the winner's name, send a request to hello@dearmesouthernboutique.com within 30 days after the drawing.

14. Disclaimers. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta. Entrants release Meta from all liability related to this giveaway. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or affiliated with, The Walt Disney Company or any of its affiliates. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the prize.
