Dress is beautiful - but straps were not sewn on correctly

The dress is absolutely beautiful; however, I realized that the straps although sewn correctly on the front of the dress were twisted and sewn incorrectly on the back of the dress. I love the dress so much that I took it to a seamstress and had the straps corrected so I could wear it to a speaking engagement. I would have given it a 5 if I did not have that problem. Maybe someone needs to check the quality control on this particular dress. Thank you!
